Ramscott Academy is offering Diploma in in Real Estate course to those who intend to become a registered real estate agent in Malaysia. Their office is located at Damansara Heights, Selangor. Classes are conducted both in KL and Penang. Classes run on Tuesday & Thursday, for duration of 6-7 months. The course is only conducted on part time basis.

We just started officially conducting classes to prepare students for the LPPEH Exams as of August 2009. Prior to that we were running classes in our previous Trg. Center in Kelana Park Square for 2 years. We are the only Course Provider in Penang as well.
Only Imperial College offers a Degree Course in Real Estate Management recognised by LPPEH as of December 2009.Cost around RM27k for 3 years full time course.
LPPEH has clearly stated that they welcome other Education providers to run the programe but will never endorse it if they are conducted Part Time.
In summary, no other provider can certify the Diploma Course In Real Estate. They Diploma comes from LPPEH; once you have completed the 2 Parts(12 exam papers), 2 years internship and the Oral Interview.

There are no fulltime courses at the moment by any institution in Malaysia.
Unless of course you want to take a 2- 2.5 years for the Diploma In Estate Management course at:
http://www.imperia.edu.my/
But this course is RM27k.
Anyone who runs a part time course – cost around RM 4k, we at http://www.ramscottacademy.com charge RM3,800 for KL, RM4,200 in Penang and coming soon in J.Bahru & K.Kinabalu.
All courses are in ENGLISH only.!

It is for the Entire Part 1, the same length of time for Part 2 as well.

Friend, i just found Imperia Institute of Technology, Kelana Jaya has offered Diploma Estate Management (full time)
I also check with board already, is fully recognised by board and fully exemption part1 and part 2 exam after finished that Diploma.
is there anyone study there ?

Regarding to the fee, in penang charge is RM4200.
My question is the RM4200 is cover for 12 papers or just for part 1??

Fei – Age limit by the Board of Valuers to register for exam is 18 years, no max limit.
Moh U Kieng – Yes we, can provide all materials, for you to self study, but, let me be frank, you might
not be able to Study all subjects on your own.
