Honestly, for those who want to study real estate course, check out feedback from student who has done it. I personally do not recommend Ramscott as their trainer mostly dont really know what they are teaching. Wasting time and money.

We just started officially conducting classes to prepare students for the LPPEH Exams as of August 2009. Prior to that we were running classes in our previous Trg. Center in Kelana Park Square for 2 years. We are the only Course Provider in Penang as well.
Only Imperial College offers a Degree Course in Real Estate Management recognised by LPPEH as of December 2009.Cost around RM27k for 3 years full time course.
LPPEH has clearly stated that they welcome other Education providers to run the programe but will never endorse it if they are conducted Part Time.
In summary, no other provider can certify the Diploma Course In Real Estate. They Diploma comes from LPPEH; once you have completed the 2 Parts(12 exam papers), 2 years internship and the Oral Interview.

Is Imperia college not Imperial college. This college offers Diploma in estate management (eligible register as a probationary estate agent) and Degree in Real Estate Management (eligible register as probationary Valuers). There are no fulltime courses at the moment by any institution in Malaysia.
Unless of course you want to take a 2- 2.5 years for the Diploma In Estate Management course at:

But this course is RM27k.

No there are no classes in Kuching or East Malaysia, there aren’t enough students to create a Demand.
The only other way to take the course, is to self-study, meaning you buy the notes and PYQ and Answers and self study or Relocate to KL.

The Internship cannot be avoided either way, it is still 2 years, unless you have 10 years prior experience with Proof. No escaping the Oral (Interview process).
Please elaborate what you mean by Basic Requirement?

Unfortunately, we are currently only running in KL & Penang.
We are looking at starting up in Johor & either Sabah or Sarawak, in 2011. This means that you will only be able to sit for the 2012 exams.
We have to finalize Infrastructure – Lecturers, Venue & a Biz Partner. To expand beyond the current 2 centers.
This will take some time.

Yes, you can register at any time, get all the materials. Price is (RM 4,000 + Courier Costs).
You may study in Singapore, but to register for the exam , you would have to make a trip down to KL before May 2nd to register for the exams. Exams are usually between the dates of June 15th – July 15th yearly.
If you take “First Coach” from Noveena Square, it will reach Bangsar, and the Boards office (www.lppeh.gov.my) is less than 50 meters distance.
Just a reminder, this course is inly applicable to Malaysian Citizens, PR’s are not eligible.

There are no proper courses conducted in Sarawak or Sabah at the moment.
Either KL, PG or JB, by September 2012, we plan to establish ourselves in Sabah as well. Send u an email, if you are interested to come over to West Malaysia to do the course. or if you are prepared to fly in & out of Sabah.
