Reply to Dr. Masaharu Ushijima:
You may try contact Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (03-8885 3365/60/61) or Lembaga Akreditasi Negara (03-7968 7002/57/33) to find out whether your education qualification is being recognised in Malaysia. If yes, then you may take the exam.

If your SPM results does not meet the minimum entry requirements, any other higher qualifications recognized by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (03-8885 3365/60/61) or Lembaga Akreditasi Negara (03-7968 7002/57/33) will be helpful. Diploma will be under higher qualifications category.
You may contact the board directly at 03-2288 8815/ 2288 8816/ 2288 8817to find out more.
