I am a practicing agent in Singapore since 2007 with CEHA qualification. I am interested in the Diploma in Real Estate. Kindly provide information on the next course and examination, Is there any exemption for holding (CEHA).

No exemptions for CEHA, no country recognizes each other qualifications worldwide. It has always been the case. As for classes in JB, I think we have replied your enquiry before. If not, please send email to enquiry@ramscottacademy.com with Location, Name and Contact No.

same as SPM:
Candidate must possess an SPM/MCE with not less than 5 subject passes of which at least 3 shall be credit level passes and at least 1 of the credit level passes shall be Mathematics or Science or Accounts or Commerce, or Any other higher qualifications recognized by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (03-8885 3365/60/61) or Lembaga Akreditasi Negara (03-7968 7002/57/33)

I heard about limitations/quotas for qualifiers to become registered agents. Is that true? Even passes Part 1 and Part 2 and also gone through the interview, the board still need to filter out or wait for certain signals from certain people.
