Hi Tan,

Minimum entry requirements are as follows:

Open to ONLY Malaysian Citizens.
17 years of age and above.
MCE/SPM with at least 3 credits and 2 passes.
Credits should be in either in Mathematics, Science, Accounting or Commerce.

Year 3 – Practical with Registered Estate Agency (1st Year)
Year 4 – Practical with Registered Estate Agency (2nd Year)
Profesional Interview with Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agency
